About
The story behind the school and the beliefs that shaped it.
We kept seeing the same thing happen. People with access to powerful AI tools,
not knowing how to use them.
We watched organisations spend money on Microsoft 365 licenses. We watched professionals receive access to Copilot. And then we watched nothing change. The same emails taking the same time to write. The same presentations built from scratch. The same meetings with no summary at the end.
It was not a technology problem. Copilot works. The problem was that nobody was teaching people how to actually use it in the context of their real jobs. The courses that existed were either too generic, too passive, or built for someone else's working day. So we decided to build what we had been wishing was out there.
Our Story //
Two Microsoft-certified practitioners, one school.
Maxify AI School was co-founded by John Doe, based in the United States, and Doe John, a senior software developer based in Canada with over 10 years of experience building enterprise applications inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Both of us are Microsoft certified.
The school came out of a simple observation. The professionals seeing the biggest productivity gains from AI are not necessarily the most technical ones. They are the ones who had structured, practical training that connected the tools to their actual day-to-day work. We built Maxify AI School to give that kind of training to every professional who wants it.

Our Mission
To give every working professional the AI skills they need to do their best work, through training that is live, accountable, and built around real results.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
These are the principles behind every decision we make about the school.
Watching is not the same as learning.
You can watch someone swim for a hundred hours and still not know how to swim. You learn by doing the thing. Every session at Maxify AI School is built around applying the skill, not just understanding it.
Accountability is not a nice-to-have.
Most training programs fail not because the content is bad but because nothing holds you to it.
We build accountability into the structure of the program itself, because we know it is the difference between finishing and giving up.Your results should be visible.
If training is worth your time and money, you should be able to see exactly what changed.
We track your progress every week and show you the data at the end.Live learning changes things that recorded learning does not.
When a real facilitator is in the session with you, they can answer your specific question, catch the misunderstanding before it embeds itself, and keep the energy in the room. A video cannot do that.
The community is part of the program.
Half of what makes a great learning experience is the people you go through it with.
The community you build during your cohort does not disappear when the six weeks end
The School
Maxify AI School is a platform, not a single course.
The Microsoft Copilot program is the first of a growing library of AI training programs for the tools and workflows that matter most to working professionals. Every new program will be built to the same standard: live facilitation, a real cohort, accountability built into the structure, and progress you can measure.
We are starting with professionals who want to get better at their own jobs. We are also building programs for businesses that want to bring AI into their operations, and for individuals who want to build a career or income delivering AI services to others. The school will grow into all three of these, one cohort at a time.
